• Excavation, characterization and disposal of over 400,000 tons of contaminated materials
• Demolition and disposal of a former chemical plant
• Temporary relocation of creek running through the property
• Installation of steel sheet piling
• Underpinning of 20’ concrete retaining wall
• Design and construction of an extensive series of dewatering pumps and transmission lines to by-pass the flow of an active creek channel for four months (system capacity 45,000 gpm)
• Riverbank excavation and restoration
• Reconfiguration and O&M of onsite water treatment facility
