Holyoke, MA: Lagoon remediation Developed a plan to excavate 2,000 cu yd of bottom ash material, annual basis, from energy generation process using fossil fuels. Developed a plan to excavate while protecting lagoon liner. Repaired, re-graded and relined a portion of the lagoon that had previously failed.
