Rochester, NY: Remediation of Dinaburg Site Excavated and disposed of TCE-impacted soils and backfilled. Installed groundwater and multi-phase extraction wells. Constructed MPE treatment system, installed piping system from groundwater and vapor extraction wells to MPE treatment system, installed HDPE liner over unpaved areas and placed gravel over liner. Provided system start-up, operation, and maintenance of MPE treatment system.
