MGP Conference 09/25/08
Abscope officials attended MGP USA 2008, the Third International Symposium and Exhibition on the Redevelopment of Manufactured Gas Plant Sites. The event, which convened in Mystic, Connecticut, featured technical sessions, exhibits, and a gathering of site owners, contractors, regulators, and engineers from the United States and abroad.
A significant focus of Abscope's remediation construction has involved work at MGP sites. Jack Romagnoli, Abscope's president, remarked, "It was exciting for us to interact with MGP partners from the past as well as potential future partners. Most importantly, it was extremely valuable for us to learn about the latest innovations in remediation and site reuse."
